Compensation and accidental damage policy 

Our cleaning staff carry out all services with due care, attention, and professionalism. However, accidental damage may occasionally occur.

In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff, our liability is limited to a maximum of £50 per incident, subject to the customer providing valid proof of the damage and, where applicable, proof of the item’s value.

Claims will be considered only where there is reasonable evidence that the damage occurred as a direct result of our cleaning service.
