Payments Accepted
We keep payments simple and secure.You can pay by bank transfer, debit / credit card or cash on the day of your clean. For regular clients we're happy to invoice after each visit; for one - off services such as end of tenancy, deep cleans and carpet cleaning, payment is due on completion of the job, before our team leaves the property.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change - we understand.If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another customer. Bookings slot to another customer. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and missed appointments (no access on arrival) may be charged in full to cover our team's time and travel.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with any part of your clean, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re - clean the area in question free of charge. We want every visit from Mr Clean Housekeeping Services to leave your home or property looking its best and you feeling confident to book us again.
